How can I track my shipment?

In short: with your tracking number on the carriers' tracking pages.

Robinsun ships all orders within 2 working days if all parts of the order are in stock. The vast majority of orders are actually shipped the same day, if they are placed before 13:00 CET. If an item is not in stock, or is on pre-sale, there is usually a notice on the product page that informs customers about this before they buy.

If you ordered on our website

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order has been prepared. This email includes the tracking Id and a link to the carrier's shipment tracking portal.

To track your shipment, paste your tracking Id on the carriers portal to find out its status

If you ordered on a marketplace (Amazon, Leroy Merlin etc)

You will receive a message from that marketplace once your order has been shipped. That message should include the tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portals.

Shipment enquiries or special requests

If you have any enquiry about your shipment, or have special requests (delivery times, second delivery attempts etc), contact the carrier directly. This is the fastest and most direct way to resolve any questions on your shipment.
