The vast majority of orders are delivered faster than than. But we cannot guarantee this. Deliveries can take longer in remote areas, to islands, small dwellings or in peak periods (holidays, summer, Black Friday/Cyber Monday).
Deliveries can also run into problems that you can avoid easily, such as incomplete or incorrect address data or foreign phone numbers.
Once shipped, you will receive a message with a tracking code. If you have any special requirements for your shipment, like a specific delivery date, contact the carrier. Robinsun does not ship with its own fleet. If you contact us, we will redirect you to the carrier, since it is ultimately them who deliver. Should there be any issues with a carrier we are of course always happy to mediate or help.
